tendency to look at clouds and the rain as symbols of doom and gloom, but this book
will show you the total opposite. It will show you that they are signs that He will never
leave you, nor forsake you. There is a season in your life when your miracle is held up
in the clouds, and the only way to release it is to induce the rain. God will restore unto
you the years that the locust, cankerworm, caterpillar, and the palmerworm has eaten
up from you, and HIS PEOPLE WILL NOT BE MADE ASHAME!
My prayer is that this book will open up your heart and mind to look at water and your
tears differently. Your tears will bring the Latter Rain and His Word shall go forth and it
shall not return unto Him void, but it shall accomplish that which he please, and it shall
